New Born Basics

Soothing Techniques

In our New Born class, you will learn essential tasks for properly caring for your baby. This is a fun, interactive class that will teach you techniques for sleeping, diapering, cleaning, soothing…and much more! This class is recommended for new parents (and grandparents) and those who feel they would benefit from a “refresher” in newborn care. 

Child Birth


This class has everything needed to build your confidence in your body’s ability, mind, and spirit to give birth your way. We offer a method-neutral, non-judgmental, and reasonable approach to childbirth. We support YOU, your way. Your body, your birth your way. We believe that the most important thing for any expecting mother is that you have the information you need to make confident choices for the happiest birth experience possible. Your partner will learn about childbirth and how to best support you on the big day. We believe in bridging the gap between unmedicated births and medical births to provide a range of options and the knowledge you need to make decisions that are right for you. 

Daddy & Partner Bootcamp:

​​”Daddy and Partner Boot Camp is a time for you to learn about your new bundle of joy that’s soon to arrive. This class helps you understand your role and how you participate in welcoming your baby. In this class, you can ask questions and know what to expect to get a general understanding of this significant event happening in your life—training on baby care and mommy care at home and doctor visits. We go over different steps getting ready to go to the hospital, in the hospital, the first 24 hours after birth, and at home in the baby’s first two weeks.”
